Two cloud groups brought cold weather across much of Zimbabwe. The first cloud mass moved from the north into Matabeleland North, with areas seeing thundershowers. The second came from southeast areas, causing cool drizzle through Bulawayo Metro, Matabeleland South, Midlands, Masvingo, southern Harare Metro, Mashonaland East, and Manicaland. Weather officials say these conditions signal winter will arrive soon.
