The Congo country said no planes from Rwanda can fly over its land anymore. This means Rwanda's big airplane company, RwandAir, must find new ways to travel. RwandAir told everyone they needed to make their planes go around Congo's sky, which makes trips longer.
This happened because Congo and Rwanda are having big problems. Congo thinks Rwanda is helping some fighters called M23 who are causing trouble in their country. These fighters promised to stop fighting after some important leaders from different countries asked them to make peace on February 8. But Congo says Rwanda and the M23 fighters broke their promise very quickly.
Congo told other countries that Rwanda and M23 started fighting again right after they said they would stop. They said Rwanda and M23 used bombs on February 9, which killed 14 people. More fighting happened in places called North Kivu and South Kivu a few days later. Rwanda hasn't said anything about these claims yet.
The M23 fighters said Congo's army did bad things to people in a place called Bukavu. They said Congo's army used helicopters to hurt people living there, but Congo says this isn't true. The M23 fighters warned they might take over the city if things became worse.
