JetBrains just gave Dubai startups a golden ticket, and 15 million developers worldwide already know why that matters. Dtec, the region's biggest startup co-working space run by DIEZ, locked in a partnership with the IDE giant during its Agentic AI Innovators Forum, funneling pro-grade developer tools straight into the laps of early-stage founders.
The actual package is pretty stacked. Eligible startups snag up to 10 commercial subscriptions free for six months, then lock in a 50% discount for up to five years on key solutions and AI packages. They also get entry into JetBrains' accelerator program, which counts over 55,000 alumni with names like Bolt, Canva, and Deel.
Dtec VP Hans Christensen tied the move to Dubai's D33 agenda, framing it as a fast lane for AI-powered products hitting the market. JetBrains VP Anastasia Zemskova and MENA lead Nadia Rinsky emphasized building local capability through workshops rather than just handing over licenses. The hub, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, has already launched 1,000 startups and generated 4,000 jobs.
