EWC will stage the CS2 final at Paris' Accor Arena

Vitality walking back into the same building where they lifted their first Major is scripting nobody planned. Accor Arena, seating 20,000, wraps a seven-week Esports World Cup run with the CS2 Championship Final and the Club Championship decider.

Everything before that lives at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, which handles broadcast, fan zones, and opening rounds spread across 25 separate competitions. Moving the finish elsewhere marks the biggest physical stretch this event has attempted.

The Counter-Strike portion runs two weeks with 32 teams chasing $2 million, matching the fattest purse the game has ever put up, level with PGL Major Stockholm. Twenty-eight orgs get direct invites off Valve Regional Standings, while four more claw out of a 128-team open bracket held locally.

That arena carries weight for French fans already. BLAST.tv Paris Major shut the door on the CS:GO era there, and Vitality won it in front of their people.

Credits outside Counter-Strike stack up as well. League of Legends Worlds Finals, Red Bull League of Its Own, Rolex Paris tennis, NBA games, UFC cards, and touring concerts have filled the room.
