Gaurav Kumar Srivastava founded Uday Bharat following his dismissal from a Turkish firm that terminated 300 workers without warning. The platform connects job seekers with positions offering monthly wages between 15,000 and 100,000 rupees.
Software developer Krishna Kumar Maurya secured employment through the application and praised the opportunity to work without relocating from his hometown. Another beneficiary named Khushboo completed an application form and interview before receiving her position. Srivastava plans to extend the service to Gujarat, Mumbai, and Delhi after establishing operations in Varanasi.
