For Prithviraj, the script dictates his process, not director

Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran maintains consistent acting methods regardless of whether he works with newcomer filmmakers or veteran directors. The performer estimates he has collaborated with approximately fifty first-time directors throughout his career. He believes directors should adapt their approaches based on individual scripts rather than following rigid patterns.

Kayoze Irani makes his directorial debut with Sarzameen, and Prithviraj expects the filmmaker will modify his techniques for future projects. The actor emphasizes that methodology must derive from written material rather than personal preferences. He treats action films and comedies with identical professional standards.

Prithviraj began directing in 2018 and has learned to effectively separate his dual roles. When performing for other filmmakers, he completely disengages his directorial instincts and focuses entirely on acting responsibilities. This mental compartmentalization allows him to contribute solely to another director's creative vision rather than imposing his filmmaking perspective.
