Get your fake chords from UPhrase, if you still use Windows

Ultimate MIDI Plugin gets ready to launch UPhrase, a new VST plugin that helps Windows users create chord progressions automatically. The software generates custom phrase patterns right inside its built-in sequencer, making music production easier for bedroom producers and studio pros alike. Musicians can pre-order the plugin for just $49 before it hits the market on July 24th. After launch, the price jumps up to $59 for regular buyers. The company designed UPhrase to handle everything from simple chord patterns to complex musical arrangements.

The plugin packs serious features that let users customize their sound completely. Musicians get custom voicing and strum patterns based on chord grids, plus custom phrase patterns that support multiple channels and bass pattern layering. The pattern bar automatically generates notes according to whatever chord grid users set up. A scale and chord grid shows exactly where chord notes and scale notes sit in the built-in sequencer. The chord chart displays all registered chord types and indicates modal scales, circle of fifths and suggestions for better songwriting.

UPhrase brings even more tools to the table with custom chord and scale options that work across the sequencer, chord chart, and pad sections. The built-in sequencer supports multichannel note editing for detailed music creation. Extended pad functionality covers all 64 pads and connects directly to the sequencer for seamless workflow. The plugin targets producers who want professional chord progressions without spending hours on music theory. Ultimate MIDI Plugin aims to make complex music creation accessible to everyone.
