The new policy establishes six core areas for reform. These areas cover governance improvements, technology integration, better procedures, stronger regulations, infrastructure development, and enhanced planning compliance. Officials plan to create specialized land management offices at regional levels with dedicated task forces coordinating implementation efforts.
