Iga Swiatek demolishes a crying Anisimova in Wimbledon final

Polish tennis sensation Iga Swiatek demolished Amanda Anisimova during Saturday's Wimbledon final with a devastating 6-0 6-0 performance. The 24-year-old required just 57 minutes to claim her first championship at the All England Club. Swiatek became the first woman since 1911 to capture Wimbledon without losing a single game. The eighth seed displayed remarkable composure while her American opponent crumbled under pressure. Anisimova managed only nine points during the opening set as errors plagued her play.

The match marked Swiatek's sixth Grand Slam triumph and maintained her perfect record in major finals. Anisimova committed 28 unforced errors and five double faults throughout the lopsided contest. The 13th seed fought back tears while addressing the sympathetic Centre Court crowd after her defeat. Swiatek expressed disbelief at achieving something she never dreamed possible on grass courts. The victory demonstrated her evolution from clay court specialist to complete player across all surfaces.

Swiatek joins an elite group as the youngest woman since Serena Williams in 2002 to win majors on clay, hard courts and grass. Her triumph surpassed the Grand Slam totals of Maria Sharapova and Martina Hingis. The former world number one had struggled at Wimbledon previously, reaching the quarterfinals just once before. Her early exit from the French Open provided extra preparation time that proved crucial. Swiatek's powerful groundstrokes created constant pressure that Anisimova could not handle throughout the match.
