Iran's Mousavi plans a regret-inducing party for Israel

Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi delivered stern warnings to adversaries on Monday while addressing Iranian military preparedness. The Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces promised unexpected responses to any hostile actions against the nation. Mousavi spoke during commemorations of the Iran-Iraq conflict that began decades ago, referencing recent Israeli military setbacks during a June confrontation.

The commander emphasized how domestic defense systems and regional partnerships have defeated enemy strategies. Iran transforms every threat into a demonstration of strength across multiple spheres, he declared. Military priorities must focus on advanced defensive technologies and hybrid warfare countermeasures, particularly in response to psychological operations.

Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei appointed Mousavi after Israeli air attacks struck Tehran and other Iranian cities in June. The strikes killed his predecessor, Mohammad Bagheri, along with IRGC Commander Hossein Salami, Central Headquarters Commander Gholam Ali Rashid, and six nuclear researchers. Mousavi assured citizens that armed forces remain ready to deliver devastating responses to oppressive powers through strategic methods.
