Chaos erupted at Kahawa Law Courts when defense lawyers battled prosecutors over a terrorism case. Three men face serious charges connected to the July 7 street demonstrations. MP John Mukunji, reporter James Mbochi, and motorcycle taxi driver Stanley Mbuthia were arrested during the protests. Police claim they helped fund the demonstrations and planned terrorist activities. The defense team wanted to question the main investigating officer about the case.
