Kwaku Manu says helping Funny Face nearly got him killed too

Dude gets dragged into a spiritual side quest after a cryptic call for help. Actor Kwaku Manu detailed supporting his colleague, Funny Face, through a serious personal crisis. He explained on UTV's Atuu show with host Nana Romeo that they had no contact for a long period before Funny Face reached out. The comedian claimed he would die without assistance.

Funny Face had returned from a rehabilitation facility. Many assumed he was fine due to his social media activity, but Manu stated the situation was not smooth. The comic was later called again, reporting a dream about his own death. Kwaku Manu insisted they meet to talk about the issue.

Manu believed the problem was more spiritual than physical. He reasoned a physical ailment would have been resolved already. To address it, he took Funny Face to Mama Vida's church for prayer sessions. Afterward, he brought the comedian to stay at his own home.

Funny Face told him the headaches he constantly felt stopped after those prayers. Helping his friend came at a personal cost to Kwaku Manu. He stated he faced spiritual attacks during the process and needed his own urgent deliverance from Mama Vida. He concluded that assisting someone under such an attack inevitably involves the helper.
