The Manipur BJP crew had a big meetup at their Delhi headquarters with over 30 state legislators showing up to hash out the whole peace situation and violence stuff. Ex-Chief Minister N. Biren Singh and Assembly Speaker Thokchom Satyabrata Singh were there along with party bosses B.L. Santhosh and Sambit Patra running the show.
Everyone's buzzing about whether they're gonna form a new government since the state has been under President's Rule for months after Biren Singh stepped down back in February. The BJP holds 37 seats in the 60-member Assembly, and a bunch of their MLAs have been pushing to get back in charge.
