Mark Burns Smashes White Genocide Rumors in SA

African-American minister Mark Burns visited South Africa and questioned claims about white genocide against farmers. Burns serves as a Republican pastor from South Carolina who supported Trump during his campaigns. He met with different groups and discovered most South Africans seemed surprised about genocide talk. The minister found many similarities between South Africa and America during his first trip to the country. Burns said Trump might change his views if he visited South Africa personally.

Crime affects all farmers but the numbers tell a different story than genocide claims suggest. Recent data showed 12 farmers died out of 5,200 total murders last quarter and only three victims were white. Afrikaner leaders told Burns they want better police protection but do not believe white farmers face special targeting. Burns said he would trust these firsthand accounts from white community leaders. The minister believes Trump inherited conflicts and wants peace for all nations.

Burns warned that Brics poses challenges for future US-South Africa relations. The group represents major economies that might create alternative currency systems. Burns thinks this could hurt trade talks and economic cooperation between countries. He hopes Trump will attend the G20 summit to see South Africa for himself. The minister believes personal visits help leaders understand situations better than reports.
