The seventh Chef Versus x Singleton series brought food lovers together at Salama Springs. Instead of fancy dining, guests enjoyed a meat celebration, with Chef Nziza from Pitmasters UG competing against Chef Sam from the Meat Guy. Both chefs showed their skills through grilling, barbecuing, and slow-cooking techniques. Chef Sam won the contest with 105 votes, earning one million shillings and a bottle of The Singleton 18-Year Old. Chef Nziza received 75 votes and took home five hundred thousand shillings.
Sam, who calls himself a BBQ Enthusiast, credited his win to his passion for fire and flavor. The event featured a challenging format where each chef created three courses for 100 guests. People ate without knowing which chef made which dishes, voting for their favorite between Team A and Team B. Both chefs impressed everyone with their meat mastery during this innovative flavor celebration. Christine Kyokunda, The Singleton Brand Manager, praised both chefs and presented Sam with his prizes.
