Mihlali fears for her life after a stalker gets creepy

Mihlali Ndamase just dropped a serious safety warning about some dude allegedly stalking her for months.

The YouTube creator and Treasury Designs founder posted a long statement on Instagram saying she's genuinely scared for her life and her family's well-being. She made clear this wasn't about clout or sympathy, but about staying alive after silence stopped being an option. Ndamase wanted people to know the truth in case something happens to her.

She claims Michael Brits, who goes by Mike online, has been harassing and threatening her ever since she turned down his romantic interest. The situation apparently spiraled after she rejected him, and his behavior crossed into obsessive territory that's freaking her out. According to her account, he's been tailing her around town and tracking where she goes.

Ndamase said Brits showed up at her job uninvited and kept appearing wherever she parked or sat down. Her privacy got shredded repeatedly, and she alleges he even approached her relatives in public. She claims people got paid to shadow her and snap photos without permission, which obviously feels violating.

Fake stories about her personal life started circulating online, and some media outlets ran with the claims without checking if they were legit. Ndamase said this damaged her reputation badly while making her less safe because fiction got treated like verified facts.

She's working with cops and pursuing legal remedies to shut this down. Her closing message hit hard on consent and boundaries, stressing that having influence doesn't mean anyone gets automatic access to her existence. Turning someone down isn't an invitation for them to terrorize you, and rejection shouldn't trigger retaliation.
