Mlaba spins to sixth, eyeing top ICC spot

South African spinner Nonkululeko Mlaba climbed four spots to sixth place on the ICC Women's T20I bowling rankings after grabbing three wickets against Ireland at an average under 12 runs. The 25-year-old left-armer sits just 31 rating points behind top-ranked Australian bowler Annabel Sutherland, and her teammates also made moves up the charts.

Nadine de Klerk jumped two places to 45th among bowlers after taking four wickets across two matches, while Chloe Tryon rose 12 spots to 49th on the same list. Sune Luus scored 118 runs and took four wickets to push herself up nine places to 23rd among all-rounders, and she also moved seven spots higher to 41st on the batting rankings. South African captain Laura Wolvaardt closed within 50 points of number-one batter Beth Mooney after scoring an unbeaten 115 against the Irish.
