A guesthouse at the Nkomo family homestead in Matabeleland South wrapped up construction, and the five-room facility will house workers building a vocational training center that could serve 3,000 students when finished. The Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo Foundation prioritized the guesthouse to speed things up since construction teams need somewhere to crash while they work on the bigger projects. Minister Albert Nguluvhe stopped by to check progress and held a ceremony kicking off a piped-water scheme for the area.
