No Law guns for chaos, Port Desire runs on vengeance

Neon Giant dropped a reveal for NO LAW at The Game Awards, and the Swedish studio behind The Ascent is shifting from isometric twin-stick action to a first-person open-world RPG that looks heavily inspired by Cyberpunk 2077. Players control Grey Harker, an ex-soldier dragged back into violence after retiring to grow plants in Port Desire, a lawless coastal city built into cliffs above the ocean. Krafton is publishing the title for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series consoles.

The game runs on Unreal Engine 5 and promises branching choices where decisions actually matter, whether sneaking through shadows or blowing everything up. Every playthrough supposedly shifts allies and outcomes based on player actions. Recommended specs call for 32GB RAM, modern eight-core processors, and GPUs with at least 16GB VRAM.

Managing Director Claës af Burén mentioned the team applied lessons from The Ascent to build something bigger and more reactive than their previous work. Wishlists are open on Steam.
