NVIDIA’s CEO credits TSMC for the company’s success at the Taiwan event

The chief executive of NVIDIA acknowledged the Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer's central role in his company's market position during remarks at a corporate athletics event on Monday. Jensen Huang declared that his graphics processor firm would not occupy its current industry standing without the fabrication partner's contributions, commending both management and factory personnel.

Huang's fourth Taiwan trip this year coincides with negotiations to increase Blackwell architecture wafer allocations amid surging datacenter demand. The California-based artificial intelligence hardware provider expects to consume approximately 30 percent of available three-nanometer manufacturing capacity, reflecting intensifying competition for advanced node production. NVIDIA has transitioned from delayed adoption of cutting-edge processes to aggressively pursuing next-generation technologies.

The partnership extends beyond chip production to encompass specialized packaging technologies that enable high-performance computing configurations. Huang's frequent visits signal deepening interdependence as both companies navigate supply constraints in the accelerated computing sector.
