OGDCL, PMYP, and NAVTTC sign MoU to empower youth through skills, sports, and environmental programs

Three major Pakistani organizations teamed up to help young people find better jobs and learn new skills. The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited met with youth program leaders at their main office in the capital city. They signed papers that promise to train 1,000 teenagers and young adults from every part of the country. Ahmed Hayat Lak from the oil company joined hands with Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan and Gulmina Bilal Ahmed from government training groups. The deal covers everything from computer skills to sports programs and green environmental projects.

Young people between 15 and 35 years old will learn trades that help them earn money right away. The partnership creates jobs through digital programs and gives students chances to play electronic sports games. Environmental projects on college campuses will teach kids how to protect nature and keep Pakistan clean. Training centers will focus on helping poor students who need technical skills to compete for good jobs. The program promises to pick students based on talent rather than family connections or money.

Company leaders said they want to invest in Pakistan's future by giving youth the tools they need to succeed. The oil company believes young workers will drive the country forward and create lasting economic growth. Government officials promised to connect talented students with real job opportunities that pay decent wages. Training experts said the program will help bridge the gap between what students learn and what employers actually need. All three groups committed to working together for many years to build a stronger Pakistan.
