Punjab leads with 139 fatalities, while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa records 60 deaths. Sindh and Balochistan report 24 and 16 deaths respectively. Children represent nearly half of all casualties at 121 victims.

The Tarbela Dam administration warns of approaching flood waves as water levels reach 1530 feet near maximum capacity. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Tourism Department activates emergency response units across three divisions. Officials cancel employee leave and deploy tourist police with helpline services. Weather forecasters predict continued rainfall through July 25 across multiple provinces. Urban flooding threatens major cities while mountainous regions face landslide risks, prompting authorities to advise against nonessential travel.
