Producers Freak Out Over AI Powered Plugin Controller

Producely launched Dialr as the first AI-powered controller for audio plugins. The hardware helps music makers control their VST3 and AU plugins without manual setup. Musicians can skip the boring work of mapping each plugin's controls to their hardware. The device automatically assigns plugin settings to 12 knobs when software loads.

The system uses AI technology through Producely Cloud to study plugin structures. Each plugin receives custom profiles that download instantly to computers. A seven-inch touchscreen shows parameter names and values for easy reading. The controller works offline after downloading profiles locally.

Twelve analog knobs come in different sizes for better touch recognition. Common controls like volume and frequency appear in the same spots across plugins. This design helps users build finger memory for faster music creation. The aluminum case mounts in standard racks for studio use.

Dialr supports Mac and Windows computers with Ableton Live and Cubase programs. More music software will work with the controller later. The company designed hardware and software together for smooth operation. Musicians can focus on making music instead of technical setup tasks.
