Raja Sports Club terminates contract of costly Hani Amamou

Raja Sports Club terminated its contract with Tunisian midfielder Hani Amamou through mutual agreement. The club management completed this decision as part of broader team restructuring efforts before the upcoming season. Officials expressed appreciation for Amamou's service while wishing him future success in his career. Despite procedural challenges during negotiations, both parties reached an amicable resolution. The separation allows Raja to pursue more strategic player acquisitions.

The Tunisian player originally signed a deal lasting through the following campaign but failed to deliver expected performances. His limited contributions cost the organization approximately 400 million centimes without generating adequate returns. Management pursued this separation to eliminate expensive agreements that provide minimal sporting benefits. The club seeks to create opportunities for more effective recruitment strategies. This approach aligns with efforts to satisfy supporter expectations across domestic and continental competitions.
