Riot drops 2XKO on PC Oct 7, Vi and Blitzcrank tag in

Riot Games set October 7 as the early access launch date for 2XKO on PC platforms. The fighting game will transition from its current closed beta phase to early access availability for all computer users. Players have embraced new characters Vi and Blitzcrank during testing periods. Community members organized numerous tournaments while developers addressed matchmaking systems and technical issues. The beta performance convinced Riot to proceed with the expanded release.

Early access brings Combo Trials, complete seasonal content, and permanent character unlocks without future resets. The company plans five seasons throughout 2026, each introducing fresh champions and ranked system resets. Battle Pass features will accompany seasonal updates as the roster expands. Riot sponsors 22 community tournaments through 2025 under the First Impact Program initiative. The free-to-play title features League of Legends champions in team-based combat scenarios with tag mechanics.
