SabhaSaar AI storms Panchayats, drones map 3 lakh villages

Digital transformation initiatives strengthen Gram Panchayats through artificial intelligence and mobile technology platforms. The Ministry of Panchayati Raj implements SabhaSaar for automated meeting documentation, SVAMITVA for property mapping, and eGramSwaraj for administrative oversight. Citizens access local governance data through the Meri Panchayat mobile application. Gram Manchitra provides geo-spatial planning capabilities for rural development projects.

Property documentation reaches 2.63 crore cards across 1.73 lakh villages while drone surveys cover 3.23 lakh settlements. Administrative efficiency improves as 2.54 lakh Gram Panchayats upload development plans online and 2.41 lakh complete digital financial transactions. SabhaSaar operates in 14 Indian languages through Bhashini integration for real-time meeting transcription.

The SVAMITVA scheme costs Rs 566.23 crore and delivers legal ownership papers to rural families using advanced mapping technology. BharatNet connects every Gram Panchayat with high-speed internet access since October 2011 implementation.
