Senator Dafinone finally notices missing Delta kids

Delta Central Senator Ede Dafinone condemned recent child kidnappings affecting Agbarho community within Ughelli North local government. Six children between ages three and ten have vanished from the area during recent months. The lawmaker urged residents to avoid vigilante violence after a suspected kidnapper faced mob killing on September 24.

Dafinone requested enhanced security operations from Delta State Police Command and federal agencies. He emphasized collaboration with the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons would strengthen rescue efforts. The senator pointed to eight children recently recovered as proof that coordinated investigations produce results.

Community leaders received appeals for neighborhood watch programs and school partnerships under traditional ruler guidance. Dafinone promised legislative action to protect regional children while calling for unity against criminal networks targeting vulnerable families.
