Kishor alleged that Bihar Minister Ashok Choudhary accumulated assets worth 200 crore rupees through government contract commissions.

Kishor questioned property purchases exceeding 100 crore rupees by the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust after Choudhary announced her engagement. The minister already denied the charges, but Kishor claimed he possessed documentary evidence of disproportionate wealth accumulation.
