Southern Kaduna unity starts with us

Former National Population Commission leader Abdulmalik Durunguwa urged Southern Kaduna people to unite despite religious, political, or ethnic differences. He made these comments during a visit from local journalists. The aviation board member pointed out how poor coordination among residents often causes security problems in the area.

Durunguwa believes the region could outpace America in development if everyone works together. He explained that unity makes it easier to identify troublemakers before they harm the community. The former gubernatorial hopeful said communities without direction face constant safety threats.

He shared success stories from his hometown, Laduga, where he regularly meets with chiefs, young people, and security teams. These efforts have created peace that allows normal business activities to continue. Durunguwa takes pride in Laduga becoming one of Southern Kaduna's safest communities through his approach.

The former commissioner called on other influential locals to help solve security issues. He mentioned that Southern Kaduna has enough talent and natural resources to become a leading area in Nigeria. According to Durunguwa, working together as one family would transform the region quickly.
