The bodies of Khumalo and her daughters will arrive in Bulawayo

A father allegedly left a house in Bedfordshire, boarded a flight out of Britain, and ended up cuffed in Johannesburg. Nothabo Zandile Khumalo, 42, and her daughters Natalie, 15, and Nala, 5, were discovered dead inside their Great Denham home.

Forensic examiners in the UK put all three deaths down to blunt force trauma. The autopsy, the police work, and the repatriation documents wrapped up faster than anyone predicted, which means the three of them land in Bulawayo soon, with burial timing still waiting on the family.

Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, 45, was born in Zimbabwe and carries British citizenship. SAPS teamed up with Interpol to grab him in Kensington, Johannesburg. The Crown Prosecution Service has greenlit three murder counts, while South African officials chew through the extradition paperwork Britain filed.

He's fronted the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court twice already over a separate firearm possession matter. At his second appearance, he ditched his bail bid altogether, and the case got shoved down the calendar for ballistic testing.
