Tiwari calls Modi's Bihar scheme an election gimmick

Congress MP Pramod Tiwari criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for announcing welfare schemes before elections. Tiwari accused the PM of strategic timing with the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana launch in Bihar. The program transfers 10,000 rupees to 75 lakh women's bank accounts for employment support. Tiwari questioned why the government waited over 20 years to implement such initiatives.

The MP called the announcement a pre-poll tactic designed to influence voters. He challenged the actual delivery of promised funds and referenced unfulfilled Maharashtra election pledges. Tiwari warned that voters would reject what he termed vote manipulation tactics. He expressed concerns about declining public trust in the ruling party's electoral promises.

Tiwari also addressed US President Trump's pharmaceutical tariff announcement. He blamed foreign policy mistakes for India's economic challenges. The MP criticized diplomatic protocol violations during international visits. He warned about financial impacts on Indian students and pharmaceutical exports.
