Tusker FC Strengthens Attack With Namanda and Simiyu

Tusker signed two new players this week: Luke Namanda from AFC Leopards and Ian Simiyu from Nzoia Sugar. Namanda played for Tusker before. Simiyu left Nzoia Sugar three years ago to play in Rwanda, and later, he joined AFC Leopards.

The coach of Tusker, Charles Okere, feels happy about Namanda coming back. "We welcome Luke back to Tusker FC. He has great skills and knows our team already. He will help us win more games," said Coach Okere.

Namanda feels excited to return to his old team. "It feels great to be back at Tusker FC. I want to help the team win. When I left Tusker in 2021, we were champions. I hope I can win more trophies with the team," Namanda said.

Simiyu comes from a different league called the National Super League. He scored 13 goals and made six assists for his team. Coach Okere watched him play many times. "We believe Simiyu has lots of talent. He will make our attack stronger," said the coach.

Simiyu signed a two-year deal with Tusker. He feels very happy about joining a bigger team. "I am excited to join Tusker FC. This is a big step for me. Tusker likes to win games. The coach thinks I can help the team a lot. This makes me feel sure about myself," Simiyu told the club.
