Coursera and Amazon Web Services conducted research revealing that 93 percent of leaders emphasize cloud transformation while 89 percent focus on generative AI initiatives. Technology advancement and security threats drive skills development priorities for 61 percent and 60 percent of respondents respectively. Cost optimization for cloud services and infrastructure management represent additional concerns for regional executives.
