UDA Awards Highest Honor to Devoted Supporter

UDA Honors Longtime Supporter with Platinum Membership.

The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party has given its highest honor to Isaya Eruwan Lokoel, a devoted supporter from Turkana County.

UDA Secretary General Hassan Omar presented Lokoel with the Platinum Membership in Nairobi on Wednesday. Omar praised Lokoel's unwavering support for the party and President William Ruto.

"He inspires our party supporters in Turkana and all of Kenya," Omar said.

Lokoel's membership certificate calls him a tireless and loyal supporter. It says he has worked alongside the party leader for a fair and just Kenya.

Omar congratulated Lokoel on achieving this top membership status. The party is proud to honor him.

On Monday, Omar approved opening a UDA office in Lodwar, Turkana County, after meeting with elected leaders from the area.

National Treasurer Japheth Nyakundi and a group of MCAs attended, including Majority Leader Stephen Edukon and Minority Leader Vincent Muft.

"We want to make Turkana County a UDA zone," said Nyakundi. "An office in Lodwar will help coordinate party activities."

The MCAs were elected on UDA, ODM, Jubilee, and as independents. They all pledged to support President Ruto in 2027.

The leaders thanked Ruto for appointing Turkana members to high government posts, including EAC Cabinet Secretary Beatrice Askul and Shipping PS Geoffrey Kaituko.

Several ambassadors from Turkana have also been named to key state positions.
