Producers purchased an entire bus for a single action scene in the upcoming Tamil film Accused starring actor Udhaya. Bus rental companies declined to provide vehicles after learning the sequence required completely destroying the vehicle. The production team spent 10 to 12 days filming the complex stunt where the bus overturns. Director Prabhu Srinivas refused to compromise on the action sequence despite the significant expense. The destroyed bus could only be sold for scrap metal after filming concluded.
