The Uganda Federal Alliance says some people tried to change their party rules without asking. They wrote a letter to the people who run elections in Uganda asking for help.
Mr. Mugasira from the party sent the letter on February 25. He talked about something printed in a special book on February 7. The party did not like what they saw and asked for more explanation.
The party tried many times to talk to the election people. They went to their office more than ten times, but nobody helped them. "Please look at what we told you before things become worse," Mr. Mugasira said in his letter.
The party also has a problem with Kayondo Fahad. They say he wants to run in an election but does not speak for their party. The election will happen in Kawempe North. The party wants everyone to know they support Hajjat Hanifah Karadi for this job, not Kayondo Fahad.
