Uganda's agriculture ministry adopted climate vulnerability mapping on Thursday to protect crop yields from weather disruptions at a two-day conference in Entebbe. The scientific tool helps officials direct resources toward areas most threatened by droughts, floods and pest outbreaks that traditional farming methods cannot counter.
