A landlord from Zimbabwe living in Britain gave her tenant just two weeks to pay nearly $4,000 in back rent. Property owner Shiela Chipunza wants Wendy Kugara to leave the house near Westgate after arguments about their rental agreement. Her lawyer sent legal papers demanding payment Thursday.

Kugara insists she only agreed to watch the property during renovations without paying rent.
