Virgin Music Group reshapes global leadership team

Virgin Music Group just dropped a full leadership shake-up, and the timing tracks with wrapping up that massive $775 million grab of Downtown. JT Myers and Nat Pastor are steering things as Co-CEOs, with six regional divisions now reporting straight to them.

North America lands under Jacqueline Saturn in an expanded role, while Sarah Landy handles business development for that region. Victor González oversees LATAM along with US Latin and Spain, and Brazil gets its own setup through Cris Falcao and Renato Vanzella. Europe falls to Nick Roden, and Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand are split between Michael Roe and Nathan McLay.

On the tech side, Tom Allen steps in as Chief Technology Officer, and David Driessen takes over as Chief Product Officer, both answering to COO Pieter van Rijn. A handful of other execs keep their global roles across operations, marketing, and commercial strategy.

Downtown brings serious scale to the table too, since it works with over 5,000 business clients and more than four million creators, pushing VMG's combined footprint past 145 countries worldwide.
