War vet Geza says army backing to oust Mnangagwa

War veteran Blessed Geza says security forces are helping him try to remove President Mnangagwa from power in Zimbabwe. He claims many military people want the president gone because of corruption problems. In videos from secret locations, Geza wears army clothes when he makes these claims. The Zimbabwe army officially says they have nothing to do with him.

The military released a statement saying nobody should wear their uniforms without permission. Geza posted another video on Monday, saying senior security officials support him. He stated that military units would help people push Mnangagwa out of office.

Geza mentioned security forces would pressure the president he calls part of a criminal group. He also said soldiers received orders to arrest people close to the president. Some Zimbabweans agree with what Geza wants, but others worry about causing more problems in the country.

Police keep looking for Geza as his location remains unknown. He continues making bold statements online against Mnangagwa's leadership. The situation shows growing tensions about how the government deals with people who disagree with it.
