Warframe's Old Peace update drops December 10, and Uriel joins the fight

Digital Extremes just dropped their roadmap for the next Warframe expansion that brings roguelite tower runs and timed objective modes alongside artifact weapons tied to Focus School abilities. The Descendia thing lets players grind through randomized floors with weekly resets, while Perita Rebellion forces squads to smash through tasks before a boss spawns during 12-minute sprints against a fresh enemy faction called the Anarchs.

The devs also teased a trench-warfare themed character named Uriel who carries hybrid bayonet guns that swap between shooting and stabbing without menu inputs. Players can farm blueprints through the tower mode or just buy the frame outright if they want to skip grinding entirely.

Android beta testing opens after sitting dormant for nearly two years post-iOS launch, and the team confirmed their annual convention hits Canada next summer with some kind of reworked concert experience attached.
