Why Kudrovo Buyers Are Emptying Their Wallets

New apartments cost much less outside St. Petersburg city limits. People pay around 169,000 rubles for each square meter across the region. Buyers save 44 percent compared to city prices. Regional housing projects stayed steady at 103 developments this year. Apartment hunting proves cheaper when people look beyond the main city.
