Zaheer Iqbal ditches land for love and sailing lessons

Zaheer Iqbal is learning how to sail. The actor, married to Sonakshi Sinha, posted some clips from his lessons on Instagram. He showed off different parts of a boat in one video. His caption said he decided to take sailing lessons that day.

He and Sinha recently had Farah Khan over to their place. The director visited with her cook for her YouTube channel. Both of their mothers were there too. They all cooked food together and talked. Khan asked how the couple's parents first met. Sinha explained they threw a party at her friend Huma Qureshi's house as a casual introduction. All the parents, even Qureshi's, enjoyed themselves. Sinha's mother Poonam said she had suspicions that day, noting her daughter was sitting at the feet of Iqbal's mother. Khan made a joke about nobody sitting at their own parent's feet that way.

The pair are a popular Bollywood couple often seen as very warm together. Iqbal started his career in a film called Notebook. Sinha has had a long run of commercial hits. People talked about them dating for a while before they went public. They post a lot of supportive and fun stuff online, showing a friendly and relaxed relationship fans tend to like. They get photographed together often at events and on vacation.
