Zhirinovsky passport up for grabs

Someone is selling Vladimir Zhirinovsky's old foreign passport in St. Petersburg. The Northern Auction House plans to auction this Soviet-era travel document. Bidding starts at 100,000 rubles when the auction begins on April 27. The passport contains the late LDPR leader's signature, visa stamps, and Russian border marks. Though showing signs of use, the document remains in good shape overall.

This passport, issued on October 19, 1992, was valid for five years. People interested can find details about the item on the trading platform's website. The document belongs to a man who once led a major Russian political party. Collectors might value this piece of political history from the early post-Soviet period. The auction takes place in Russia's northern capital city just days from today.
