ZPCS Commissioner-General Chihobvu Declares Zero Tolerance for Corruption and Drug Abuse

Zimbabwe prison officials will crack down on drugs and corruption among staff members. Commissioner-General Moses Chihobvu announced the new policy during a recent graduation ceremony at Ntabazinduna Training Depot.
