President Mnangagwa warned that Zimbabwe's uniformed forces will not tolerate drug and substance abuse within their ranks, declaring at a joint Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Service graduation ceremony at Ntabazinduna Training Depot in Matabeleland North Province that the problem threatens national stability and productivity. The Commander-in-Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces told newly graduated correctional officers that security services must maintain the highest standards of discipline and moral conduct while serving with integrity, fairness and humility rooted in Zimbabwean values of Ubuntu and Unhu.
