FL Studio’s Mixer allows you to collapse a stereo signal to mono by simply turning the stereo separation knob all the way to the right. This stereo separation knob is located just above the fader.
Alternatively you could the Stereo Enhancer plugin which comes by default in FL Studio and this would also give you the choice to turn your mixer track to mono.
