This is a sound design tutorial on how to program a synth bass that’s a remake of Migos T-Shirt bass sound. In this scenario we will be using Lennar Digital Sylenth1 VST synthesizer to design this synth bass patch.
The bass sound uses 3 oscillators:
- Oscillator A1 = Sawtooth waveform tuned -2 octaves with 8 voices and oscillator phase re-trigger enabled.
- Oscillator A2 = Half-pulse waveform tuned -2 octaves with 4 voices and oscillator phase re-trigger enabled.
- Oscillator B1 = Sine waveform tuned -2 octaves with 1 voices and oscillator phase re-trigger enabled.
