Police locked up twelve men who were digging for gold without permission around Tumetu and Princess Town areas. The suspects must stay behind bars at Sekondi prison until they return to court next Tuesday. Officers caught ten of these men working at a palm tree farm during a special operation. Two more suspects were nabbed at the Ghana Rubber Estate plantation nearby.
