Kenya just became Africa's best country for managing electricity rules. The nation tied with Senegal for first place according to a new report from the African Development Bank. Both countries earned scores of 0.892 out of a perfect 1.0. Kenya jumped up from fifth place when the last report came out two years ago. East African countries did really well overall.
Uganda, Namibia and Tanzania also made it into the top five spots. The bank studied 43 African countries to see how well they handle their power systems.
